Amoise Pinot Gris 2021

This is a skin contact Pinot Gris macerated for two weeks in Tinajas (amphorae) before pressing, imparting the amber orange color. The wine is medium bodied, with pear, rock melon and subtle ginger spice notes.

Made to be approachable to all and a pleasure to pair with so many different food types, from fish to charcuterie as well as spicy Asian inspired dishes.
