Natural fermentation in thermo-regulated tanks. Aged on lees for 3 months. A part of the base wines has been aged with oak. Golden yellow color, with a fine and light foam. An expressive nose revealing aromas of flowers, hazelnuts and almonds. The attack is lively, fresh and light, with notes of honey. A subtle woody touch on the finish which reminds us some of the great white wines of Burgundy, the signature of the House of Bouchard Aine et Fils.
