Typical Boucherottes aromas include blue and black fruit, ground espresso, and damp earth. This wine is full-bodied and rather tannic and closed upon release, then gradually integrating and becoming more generous with time. Eventually the full range of floral, spice and bright fruit notes emerge across a long and elegant textural finish.
A perfect compliment to grilled or roast meats, and with several years of age it will suit more subtle and complex dishes.
