100% Pinot Noir from 15-20 year-old vines in sand and loess soil. After harvesting and de-stemming, the Pinot Noir grapes are cold-macerated for 6 days in 60 hl chilled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 10 months partly in new wood and secondly-used barriques.
